Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Unified Communications L2/L3 Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing support and ensuring the reliable and secure operation of our growing number of services. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to design, implement, and support various services, including Instant Communications over Microsoft Skype for Business Online/Microsoft Teams Voice, Teams Direct Routing, Contact Center integration, and Enterprise Voice.
Responsibilities:
– Provide L2/L3 level support for Microsoft Skype for Business 2015/2019, MS Teams, and SFB Online.
– Utilize advanced troubleshooting skills and Microsoft debugging tools to resolve issues with MS Teams and Skype for Business online.
– Possess extensive knowledge of SFB online and Teams, including Enterprise Voice deployments.
– Demonstrate proficiency in Skype telephony and conferencing devices.
– Have a strong understanding of networking concepts, including firewalls, DMZ, WAN technologies, LAN, and VLAN.
– Ensure adequate knowledge of Active Directory integration for unified communications.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
– Proven experience in a similar role, providing L2/L3 support for Unified Communications solutions.
– Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with Microsoft debugging tools.
– In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Skype for Business 2015/2019, MS Teams, and SFB Online.
– Familiarity with Enterprise Voice deployments and Skype telephony devices.
– Proficiency in networking principles, including LAN, VLAN, WAN technologies, and firewall configurations.
– Good understanding of Active Directory integration for unified communications.
