- As an MS Team Enterprise Voice Expert at HCLTech, your primary responsibilities include:
- Migration Expertise: You will be responsible for migrating users from Skype Online/OnPrem to Microsoft Teams. Your experience and knowledge in this area will be critical in ensuring a successful and seamless transition.
- Voice Infrastructure: You should have 8 to 10 years of experience working with Skype, Microsoft Teams, and Skype Enterprise Voice. This includes expertise in configuring, designing, and migrating voice from PBX to MS Teams.
- Gateways and SBCs: Experience with Audio Codes, Sonus Gateways, and Downstream SBCs is essential. You will be involved in upgrading, installing, and configuring these components to ensure optimal voice functionality.
- Voice Resiliency and QoS: Knowledge of voice resiliency, bandwidth planning, optimal conferencing traffic, and QoS support is crucial. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality voice communication within the MS Teams environment.
- Troubleshooting and Support: You should possess strong troubleshooting skills, especially in troubleshooting gateways, SBAs (Survivable Branch Appliances), and complex issues related to Skype/Teams Enterprise Voice.
- Integration and Interoperability: Experience integrating Lync/Skype/Teams with third-party telephony environments using gateways is necessary. You should have a good understanding of SIP, SIP Trunk integration, and call flow concepts.
- Planning and Configuration: You will be involved in planning, designing, deploying, and configuring Lync 2013, Skype for Business (SFB), and Microsoft Teams. This includes dial plan configuration, normalization rules, voice policies, and call routing methods.
