Job Description:
Wipro is currently seeking dynamic and enthusiastic fresher graduates with
excellent communication skills for the role of System Engineer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting base
operating system issues, handling customer inquiries, and providing remote
support for various applications like Windows, Outlook, Teams, Citrix, VDI,
VPN, Security Apps, etc.
Key responsibilities include answering incoming calls, managing and
resolving customer complaints, identifying and escalating issues, and
offering solutions in a timely manner.
Key Skills Needed for this Role:
