The Haryana Government has established the Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES), previously known as the Haryana State Counseling Society (HSCS), within the Department of Technical Education.
Its primary objective is to ensure a transparent and consistent admission process for various graduate and diploma courses in Engineering, Technology, Architecture & Planning, Pharmacy, Management, and other disciplines within the state.
The admissions to Diploma courses are based on the inter-se-merit of the qualifying examination. HSTES also conducts State-level Online Entrance Tests for admission to the B.Pharmacy program. For admissions to BE/B.Tech courses, the selection is based on the All India Rank of JEE (Main) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
Admission to the B.Arch. program is determined by the rank obtained in NATA conducted by the Council of Architecture (COA) and JEE (MAIN) paper part II conducted by the NTA.

4. Choose your course
5. Choose the correct option for “Are you a resident of Haryana?“
6. Then put “PPP (Parivar Pehchan Patra) Id” or “Aadhaar” numbers.
7. Click on Show family member details
8. Then fill in all the details carefully and tick mark “I declare that the details mentioned above are correct“
9. Then Click on Signup
10. You will get a Registration Id, Keep that with you
