Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Cloud Unified Communication Operations Engineer for a project-based role. As an Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the operations and delivery of production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for incidents, service requests, and change management on the Cisco Voice collaboration platform.
- Conduct remote troubleshooting, problem isolation, and resolutions.
- Possess knowledge and understanding of voice network system requirements and standards.
- Experience and proficiency in Voice Network technologies, including IP telephony, Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity Voicemail, CER, Voice Gateways, Cisco Unified Communications/Video Telepresence, Webex, and Control HUB, MRAEdge audio Expressway Servers.
Technical Experience:
- 3 to 4 years of experience in Cisco Unified Call Manager (CUCM).
- 3 to 4 years of experience in Cisco Unity Connection.
- Familiarity with MRAEdge audio Expressway Servers, CUBE CUSP Transcoders, Voice Gateways, Analog Voice Gateways, RI Gateways, Webex, Control HUB, and Video Telepresence (3 years).

Professional Attributes:

Educational Qualification:
- B.Tech/B.E. degree preferably.
