Job Description:
As a Senior Telecom Engineer – Avaya L3, you will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of Avaya Unified Communications systems. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring the smooth functioning of Avaya Communication Manager, System/Session Manager, and other associated components. This position requires strong technical skills and a deep understanding of Avaya UC platform.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot Avaya Media servers such as S8700, S8500, S8300, etc.
- Manage installation and administration of Avaya CMS, AES, and Contact Center Products.
- Handle Avaya site implementations and migrations.
- Perform installation and maintenance of Avaya gateways, including G650 and media gateways (G700/430/450).
- Administer Avaya call center features, including VDN, Vectors, and login IDs.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of Avaya Aura System Manager and Session Managers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IP, SIP, and TDM phones.
- Have knowledge of DHCP and VLANs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working with Avaya UC platform.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Avaya Aura System Manager and Session Managers.
- Proficiency in Avaya Communication Manager and Avaya Unified Communications.
- Strong understanding of Avaya Media Gateways, CMS, AES, and Contact Center Products.
- Experience in Avaya site implementations and migrations.
- Familiarity with Avaya call center administration, VDNs, Vectors, and login ID management.
- Knowledge of IP, SIP, and TDM phones.
- Understanding of DHCP and VLANs.
Education and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred)
- Avaya certifications (desired)
