Job Requirements and Qualifications

  • To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:
  • Cisco UCCE Platform: Proficiency in working with the Cisco UCCE platform and understanding its various components is crucial. You should have a deep understanding of call flows and their configuration.
  • Troubleshooting Expertise: Strong troubleshooting skills are necessary to identify and resolve issues related to UCCE components. This includes PG, ADS, ICM, CCMP, CVP, CUIC, CUSP, and VXML gateways.
  • Understanding of Critical Services: A comprehensive understanding of critical services in each UCCE component is vital to ensure their seamless operation and maximize system performance.
