As per the report by MacRumors, users can customize the sensitivity of the solid-state buttons through a new sensitivity toggle in Settings. The new models will have ultra-low energy chips, which will enable the solid-state buttons to remain functional even when the device is powered off or out of battery.
The traditional button mechanism is expected to be reserved for the standard iPhone 15 models. The iPhone 15 series is expected to be launched in September this year, and the Always-On and ProMotion display features will be limited to the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max models.
Additionally, Wi-Fi 6E network support will also reportedly be exclusive to the iPhone 15 Pro models.
