According to rumors that have already surfaced, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 will have an even larger outside display than the Oppo Find N2 Flip. Our first renderings of what that might be like are now available.
The photos show a horizontal dual camera configuration (as opposed to a vertical one) adjacent to a small display and a large display below it that occupies almost the whole width and length of the phone for that half.
The leaker is also very confident that Samsung would use a waterdrop-style folder for its folding display in the future Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Z Fold 5, just like Oppo. If this is the case, Samsung’s upcoming foldable should have a less obvious crease.
Technizo Concept (@technizoconcept) and tipster SuperRoader (@RoderSuper) tweeted a number of renderings of what they believe the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 may ultimately look like.
The key benefit of having a large outer display is that it should enable you to accomplish the majority of simple operations without constantly unfolding the phone.
Many people have been eagerly awaiting its inclusion in Samsung’s upcoming flip phone. With its first folding phone, the Razr, Motorola had the proper idea, and Oppo rapidly expanded on it with its first flip phone, the Find N2 Flip. While the latter is fantastic, there is still a lot of unrealized potentials, as we just highlighted in our podcast.
In another tweet, the tipper added that Samsung will convert to a hinge designed like a waterdrop, mostly to prevent the folding display from creasing.
