in MS Office applications and possess strong customer service skills for the
position of Technical Support Engineer.


Job Designation: Technical Support Engineer

Qualification: Any Graduation

Experience: Freshers


Skill Set :

Good knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and testing.

Familiarity with at least one programming language. Example: Javascript,
Java, PHP or Python.

Strong software technical knowledge.

Proficient in MS Office application.

Strong customer service skills.

Good analytical and problem solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Job Description :

Interact with prospects, customers, and partners

Engage in voice, email, and chat-based support

Understand prospect requirements and map them with product
capabilities

Diagnose and solve application issues

Analyze and understand the needs of the users and provide timely
solutions

Handle product demos, implementation, and training


Note:

Should be willing to work night shifts and rotational shifts with
rotational leaves

Graduates passing out in 2024 are not eligible to apply
