What you’ll do: (HP Hiring Freshers)

  • Performs analysis of complex functional and business requirements.
  • Designs solutions and participate in cross-functional teams.
  • Lead design activities and provide mentoring and guidance to other developers.
  • Design, prepare and execute unit tests.
  • Demonstrates technical leadership and exerts influence outside of immediate team.
  • Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Contributes to strategic direction for teams.
  • Performs solution design. Applies the company and 3rd party technologies and leads design of highly complex infrastructure and software solutions.
  • Integrates technical expertise and functional understanding to create superior solutions for the company/business.
  • Mentors and consults with team members and other organizations, customer and vendors on complex issues.
  • Be Subject Matter Expert to drive issue resolution during major incident.
  • Analyze and resolve production issues within SLA
  • Trouble shooting and identify the issues
  • Bug fixes, Enhancements and Development
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors
  • Monitor and Maintain application environment
  • Recommend and automate application monitoring where applicable
  • Design and Code review of the new requirements to check supportability/scalability/performance
  • Build and deployment

What you need to bring:

  • Must have at least 0-3 Years of SFDC development and implementation experience
  • Experience in building Salesforce apps from development to support.
  • In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application
  • Analyze  detailed business/functional/technical requirements and specifications for the application
  • Supporting application testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolution activities by correcting programming errors, responding to scope changes, and coding application enhancements
  • Knowledge on APIs and security settings
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Typically a technical Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 1 year(s) of related experience or a Master’s degree and up to one year(s) of experience.

  • SFDC Admin configuration and customization
  • Apex, Apex Triggers and Visualforce
  • Integration (REST or SOAP)
  • Salesforce Lightning (Aura, LWC, JavaScript)

 

Secondary Skills:

  • Managed packages like FinancialForce Professional Services Automation /Project Management,  Security package
  • Field Service Lightning
  • Good to have PD1 certification
